Holly House is quietly situated in the centre of the picturesque Cotswold village of Ebrington, with its quaint thatched
cottages and the Norman church of St. Eadburgha. Ebrington is just 2 miles from the lovely town of Chipping Campden.
We are ideally situated for touring Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon 12 miles away and the Cotswolds. Warwick is 18 miles away,
Stow on the Wold 12 miles and Oxford 30 miles. Hidcote Gardens are 2 miles away. BRI Campden at Chipping Campden is 1.5 miles.
We are next door to the Ebrington Arms pub. We have private parking.

BEDROOMS
 
We have 2 Ground Floor Double/Twin En Suite rooms both with walk in shower. The rooms have been renovated from our old Cotswold stone barn
overlooking the beautiful flower filled garden and terrace.
All rooms are all fully heated. They have flat screen TV, tea coffee making facilities, hairdryers and electric blankets.
The rooms each have a King Size Double bed and also a full size Single bed so can be easily adapted to your own requirements whether Double,
Twin or Triple occupancy.
 
We have a Double En Suite room up one flight of stairs. The En-Suite to this bedroom comprises a Bath rather than a shower. This double aspect room
has picture postcard views over the centre of our lovely Cotswold village.
The room is fully heated and has TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer electric blanket and WiFi. |
BREAKFAST & DINNER
Breakfast is served in the garden room during the Summer months and in the
main Dining Room with log fire during the Winter months.

We offer fruit juice, cereals, yogurts, toast & preserves in addition to a Full Cooked English
Breakfast - all served with your choice of tea or coffee.
Special diets can be catered for by arrangement.

Eating Out
We are 2 minutes walk from the Ebrington Arms which normally requires pre booking.
Please contact the Ebrington Arms for their current opening times. There are many pubs and restaurants in Chipping Campden and the surrounding
villages.

Ebrington Arms
Whilst staying at Holly House you are ideally situated for touring both South
Warwickshire and the North Cotswolds, the local activites are numerous.
Golf courses can be found at Broadway, Brailes & Stratford.
There is a swimming pool at Chipping Campden with limited opening for the
public.
In addition to this we have maps of the many footpaths around the village. The northern
end of the Cotswold Way begins in Chipping Campden's historic High Street.

Check in 4pm-6pm. We will endeavour to accommodate alterations to this time if at
all possible. Please phone or email us in advance to alter check in time. Check out on departure is 10am

Parking. We have private off road parking for one car per room. Should you
need to park additional cars the free village car park is adjacent to our property.
Use of our car park is at owner's risk.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits payable at time of reservation are taken in order that the rooms are kept exclusively for your use for specific dates rendering us unable
to re let to anyone else. To this end in the event of cancellation deposits are non refundable. Should you wish to alter dates up to 14 days prior
to reservation we will endeavour to accommodate you and will transfer the deposit to those new dates.

DIRECTIONS
From Chipping Campden take the B4035 towards Shipston on Stour. After
approximately 1/2 mile turn left following signs to Ebrington.
Once you reach the village you will find us located right in the centre behind
three large oak trees and the red telephone box.
